At MYSTIC OX, we aim to deliver your favorite styles quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle orders, processing, and deliveries.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery: [4–5 business days] – ₹49 / Free on orders above ₹499.
Express delivery: [2–3 business days] – ₹99
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities across India.
If your address is in a remote or restricted area, additional delivery time may apply.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
You can track your shipment directly through our courier partner’s website.

5. Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos .
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement/refund.

8. International Shipping (if applicable)

Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.
